Notice of Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing, Right to Limit, Automated Decision-Making, and Sale. Please see the Applicable Rights Table section of our Main Privacy Notice for information about additional choices you may have regarding your personal information. The information below provides greater details.
Right to opt out of sale/sharing. Under California law, a “sale” includes disclosing or making available personal information to a third party (other than a service provider or contractor) in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” includes disclosing or making available personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.
In most cases, we do not sell or share personal information, and in no circumstances do we sell or share personal information we collect from our clients, business contacts, personnel, sourcing and recruitment applicants, independent contractors, website and application users (other than as disclosed under our Cookies Notice and as outlined in our Main Privacy Notice), event attendees, or others who get in touch with us.
We do not sell or share the personal information of minors that it knows are under 18 years of age. We do offer certain services that involve the provision of information to our clients in a manner that may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law.
For more information about our processing and sale/sharing of personal information in connection with such offering, please review our Main Privacy Notice.
Right to opt out of the sale of personal information and targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. If your request involves data we process on behalf of a corporate client, we will forward it to that client for handling, cooperate as needed, and inform you—you may also need to submit the request directly to them.
To opt out for third-party tools on this site, disable optional (marketing) cookies in our Cookie Settings or follow the instructions on our Cookie Notice.
You can also use an automated opt-out preference signal like the Global Privacy Control (GPC): if we detect a valid GPC signal from your browser, we will automatically disable marketing cookies. However, accepting marketing cookies later on this site will override the GPC signal. Learn more about GPC at https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.
For more details on our practices and exercising your opt-out rights, see above and our Main Privacy Notice.
Customer engagement services. In certain circumstances under applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information in connection with the above offering.
To exercise such right please submit a request to us by using our Request Submission Form or by using Contact Us. We will need the following information about you to process your request: (1) first and last name; (2) email address; and (3) zip code.
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf if you have provided the authorized agent signed permission to do so. We may deny an opt-out request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf or if we reasonably believe that the request is fraudulent. Otherwise, we will fulfill your request within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.
As of the date of this notice, with the exception of the above offering, Rethynx does not use or disclose sensitive personal information it collects for purposes other than those specified in section 7027, subsection (m) of Title 11, Division 6, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations.
Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. You, subject to certain conditions and exceptions, may have the right to limit the use and disclosure of “sensitive personal information,” as defined under California law. Please see our Notice of Right to Limit for information about our practices and how you may exercise such rights under applicable law.
For more information about our processing and sale/sharing of personal information in connection with such offering, please review our Main Privacy Notice.
Automated Decision-making. We do not use profiling or make any decisions based solely on the automated processing of your personal information.
Sale of Personal Information. We have not sold the personal information of any “individual” in the twelve (12) months preceding the effective date of this Addendum.

Who may make a request. California residents or those authorized to act on their behalf may make a verifiable DSR related to their personal information. For example, an authorized representative can be a parent making a request on behalf of their child. You may only make a verifiable DSAR for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 5 days of its receipt for residents of the California identified above. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable DSR receipt.
If we require more time to respond to a DSR, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing before the required response time. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to the registered email associated with the account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. The response also we provide will explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
Data Subject Requests (DSRs). You may exercise your privacy outlined above, by using one of the contact methods indicated below.
How you may make a request. You or your representative have the right to exercise any of the rights applicable to you by reaching out to us using the methods indicated at the bottom of this page. Please note that these rights may be subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will carry out your request (and, when applicable, direct our service providers to do so as well), unless an exception applies. However, selecting this option may prevent you from receiving Services, receiving program or similar updates, or accessing certain Site features.
Note: Residents of the US states identified above or those duly authorized to act on their behalf may request that we not sell their personal information by clicking the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” button below. California residents may also request that we limit our use of their sensitive personal information via our Request Submission Form. However, selecting these options may prevent you from receiving Services, receiving program or similar updates, or accessing certain Site features.
DSAR Fees. We do not charge California a fee to process or respond to verifiable DSR unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
If we determine that a DSR warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing the DSR.
Verified DSR. We cannot respond to DSRs or provide related personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable DSR does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable DSR to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against any individual for exercising any of their respective DSR rights. Unless permitted by law, we will not deny you the use of our Services or provide you with a different level or quality of Services.
Legitimate Interest or Legal Obligation Exceptions. Please note that some of the above rights may be limited where we have an overriding legitimate interest or legal obligation to continue to process the personal information, or where the personal information may be exempt from disclosure due to applicable law.
Appeals. Where applicable law applies, you may appeal the denial of their DSR by contacting us as detailed below.

We will post the updated version of the Privacy Notice on our Sites and ask for your consent to the changes where legally required.
